- Dr. Inconsiderate - Testificate Man: The Movie
Dr. Inconsiderate is the main antagonist of Testificate Man: The Movie. He is a self-proclaimed evil genius who creates an ''Evil Device'' to repeatedly ram others and engage in other inconsiderate behaviors. He is also the childhood bully and arch nemesis of Testificate Man.
He is voiced by Jason Sargeant.
Appearance[]
As a child, he wore a brown robe. However, as an adult, he has the same appearance as a white-robed villager. He also has red eyes and glasses.
Personality[]
In his youth, he is a bully picking on other kids with his friends for giggles. As an adult, he is as inconsiderate as his name as he is shown bumping into people with his "evil" Segway. But in the end of Testificate Man: The Movie, he is sensitive to inconsideration when Testificate Man ran off from his lair after he requested the battle to be longer.

Backstory[]
Dr. Inconsiderate and Testificate Man have apparently been rivals since they were children. On one occasion, Dr. Inconsiderate and his friends found Testificate Man riding his bike and taunted him, calling him "slightly less than average." Dr. Inconsiderate then proceeded to throw a stick into Testificate Man's bike tire, knocking him off while laughing. As an adult, Dr. Inconsiderate became a mad scientist and Testificate Man's archenemy.

In Testificate Man: The Movie, Dr. Inconsiderate has just created The Most Evil Device Ever, a Segway. He rides it around the village, bumping into random civilians repeatedly and refusing to apologize. A villager then calls Testificate Man. Later, Dr. Inconsiderate has a chance encounter with Testificate Man, who attempts to confront him then and there. However, when another villager asks them to fight somewhere else, he leaves while laughing evilly while Testificate Man says "How inconsiderate!" He then proceeds to find a way to destroy the Segway. That night in the nearby forest, Dr. Inconsiderate is riding his Segway and finds Testificate Man following him. He tells his enemy to stop or he'll find his secret lair, and rides off again. Testificate Man later reveals that he placed a tracking device on the doctor, which he will never find. However, Dr. Inconsiderate hears an ugly beeping and can't find the source. Testificate Man finds his secret lair and sneaks in through a vent. Dr. Inconsiderate asks how he found him. Testificate Man says he has his ways. He dodges the Segway repeatedly and Dr. Inconsiderate tells him to stand still because he'll ram into him, which he does while calling him "slightly less than average". Testificate Man has a flashback to being a kid and being told the same thing. While he was biking, Dr. Inconsiderate threw a stick into his front wheel, flipping him off. He then uses the thought to his advantage and throws his golden T at the Segway, disabling it. Dr. Inconsiderate gets a taste of his own medicine due to Testificate Man leaving, saying "HOW INCONSIDERATE!". It is unknown what happened to him afterwards.
Dr. Inconsiderate appears in the video Testificate Man and the Quest to Become More Interesting! as one of the following customers who hates Testificate man's book, saying "ITS AWFUL, EVERYTHING ABOUT IT IS BAD, WHY WOULD YOU PAY MONEY FOR THIS BOOK?!" - DR INCONSIDERATE".
Trivia[]
- He is the one of the Villagers to (possibly) be intelligent, as he appears to be a caricature of a mad scientist. Despite this, he didn't manage to find the tracking device planted on his nose.
- He appears to hate walking, as he states it was so long since he last had to walk, even though he only had his device for 2 days.
